Youth Programs
Rotary is Calling the Next Generation of Change Makers!
Participants in the Missouri Multidistrict RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) Academy in July 2022.

Are you ready to make a difference in your community—and beyond?
Rotary believes in the power of young people to create positive change. Through our youth programs, you’ll find ways to get involved, meet others who care, and see how small actions can lead to big impact.
You’ll join a global family where “Service Above Self” is more than a motto—it’s how we live. We take action. We work together. We make good things happen—and have fun doing it.
Whether you’re lending a hand, sharing your ideas, bringing your unique skills, or just showing up—you can make an impact.
Join us—and let’s get started.
What is RYLA?
In this video, Rotary members in Northern California held a week-long camp to help young people in their community develop leadership skills.
I cannot thank Rotary enough. RYLA was quite an eye opening and fulfilling experience that I really enjoyed and I’m gonna look for opportunities to do something like that again. It was really fantastic. No words could ever describe how great it was. Not just my experience, but how it was put together, how it was run – down to the food and community.
I made so many friends and hopefully some long lasting ones, including connections with some of the people that came on the last day. I even got some of their numbers and hopefully I can learn and grow more from. Really again thank you so much.”
